"I HIGHLY recommend staying at this Hampton Inn and Suites! I was warmly greeted and checked in seamlessly. Eric was absolutely fabulous! He was polite, professional, knowledgeable I literally was treated like family! After Eric's Shift ended, Chris was just as amazing! The next morning, Ashley who spotlessly keeps the Dining Area and Breakfast, was equally amazing! Most Hotel's Breakfast is tasteless and bland but THIS was a fabulous, delicious Breakfast! It tasted better than if I cooked it myself! She is a wonderful cook! I have never been treated so wonderfully and had such a wonderful Stay. All Staff, from entering the door to when I leave is exactly what you would hope for, when staying in a Hotel. I travel from TX to FL about twice a year and this is my half way stop. I will definitely be staying at THIS Hampton Inn and Suites if anywhere in this area. The entire Hotel is clean, comfortable and the Staff is outstanding. Eric, Chris and Ashley deserve a Raise and a Bonus! They went above and beyond to take care of me and actually met needs before I realized I even had one. They literally treated me as Family. I was traveling alone and felt wonderful being so well looked after. I love these wonderful people and they definitely deserve Recognition. "

"The room was freezing. The house part was being heated by the gas range being on both the oven and two top burners. Which I think is pretty illegal. Once I turned those off, I smelled gas so someone had to come out and check that the unit wasn't leaking. The instructions say that the house had heat all you had to do is turn it on that ended up not being true. I had to get a radiator from an empty room to use in my room and I had to leave for a few hours while the room warmed up. It was that freezing cold. when I came back from giving my room time to warm up, there was a young man trying to play video games in the living room and he had so many blankets on him and a mediocre radiator next to him. Try to keep warm. Not good."
