"The property is nice and very convenient if you need a place to stay in Bauan. It is not fully open yet and they are on their soft opening stage. Seems like the staff are still learning the ropes of hotel operations. Pool could get busy with all the conventions and team building activities. Friendly staff though and quick to address any concerns. Looking forward to when they are fully operational."

"Hotel staff is friendly and they require you to give them your key so it doesn’t get lost but there’s almost no one at the receptionist desk. I eventually just started keeping the key with me because I didn’t feel like walking around the property to find someone. The sliding bathroom door was rusted and the wheel came off when I tried to close the door. It may be the area, but for some reason the toilet water had a light yellow hue. I ran the faucet to check if it was the same and it had to...

"Name not yoyo(Joan resort) very hard to find no signs and very rough rocky road.room was ok and clean,average breakfast,had to pay for coffee.the weather was terrible,heavy rain and windy ,had to wait a few hours because we could not get out ,road blocked because of weather. Staff where not helpful in finding transport for us . Much better resorts next door,will not stay again "
