Michael was wonderful. The morning staff not so much. Walls were thin and I heard the person next door snoring. Bed is most uncomfortable I’ve ever stayed in.

A/C in room was broken during our stay, check in/out process went smoothly except you need a code at the front door past 6:30pm. My door code was in my check in envelope on the front desk so I’m think figure out a way to upload that to Expedia or send an automated message?
