"Everyone in the hotel was very accommodating. The front staff spoke a little English and enough to get us checked in and feel comfortable. Most staff spoke only Italian or Spanish, but that is understandable. It felt like a resort such that we were in the middle of coutry-side a d close to the beach within 10 miles. They had a HUGE pool and attendants making sure the site was clean, maintained, and secure. Very happy about their breakfast options and dinner selections. We did mostly eat out but when we attended dinner there is was nice and relaxing. It is a bit pricey but you get what you pay for!"

It’s a great place to host a wedding or offsite or simply just relax The setting feels timeless; an authentic Tuscan landscape of extraordinary charm and serenity. "Where as we enjoyed our time here we did have a bit of an issue with our room temperature. We asked for it to be lowered as it was 81 degrees. We found out, after a very uncomfortable night and requesting 2 more times, that the AC was not working. As an aside: we could not open a window as our room was on the 1st floor and only had doors to a common area. We were moved to a new room. Other than that- the staff was lovely the pools and Spa are great. Location is wonderful with close proximity to the beach and some wonderful restaurants serving delicious seafood."

"Our stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, everything felt warm and welcoming. The setting is peaceful and picturesque, the hotel itself is spotless and beautifully maintained, and the staff are simply lovely. The reception team greeted us with genuine warmth and helpfulness, and the breakfast staff were a joy — always smiling, accommodating, and full of positive energy. The location is serene, with stunning tennis courts and what might be the most incredible pool we’ve ever swum in — large, crystal clear, and perfectly warm. Everything we needed was right on hand: a great bar, a delicious restaurant, and plenty of space to relax. Highlights included the freshly made pasta, pizza, salads, and desserts — all absolutely delicious. And the breakfast was outstanding, especially the homemade banana bread! If we could offer one small piece of advice, it would be to share more photographs on social media to showcase just how special this place is — the marvellous staff, the food, the facilities, and the tranquil setting. That said, part of us wants to keep this gem a secret! Highly recommended — we can’t wait to return."
