"Ballys in Baton Rouge is a newer/remodeled hotel. There is still some construction going on, which I didn’t mind, I was nosey and asked what things were being done and the staff happily told me. "Room was not ready even though we arrived at 2 pm. I understand that check-in is not until 3 pm, but when guests arrive early they should be prioritized. There were only 4 small towels in the bathroom, no wash cloths or big towels. Besides those things, the hotel was great."
