If you can't figure out the "escape room" puzzle to open the lockbox or the door, you'll be stuck finding somewhere else to sleep for the night. And expect to pay extra for literally any service, even just leaving your bags for a couple of hours"

10/10 Excellent
"We loved this hotel. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Rooms are very large and clean. It is such a great location, just a few blocks from the promenade, the train station in the other direction just a few blocks and Place Messana just a few blocks. Very walkable and safe neighbourhood. We would return and recommend to friends and family."
