"Schöne Lage im alten Ortskern. Das Zimmer ist groß, sauber und recht schön. Alles in Ordnung somit. Wenn man am Wochenende übernachtet, sollte man sich darauf einstellen, dass es auf der Piazza unterhalb des Zimmers sehr laut werden kann und das bis weit in die Nacht. Deswegen auch nur 4 Sterne. Wir hatten an einem Sonntag eine Band die bis 23:45h gespielt hat und anschließend waren noch Gäste und Einwohner da die bis mindestens 01:00h sehr laut waren. "J'ai réservé ma chambre via Hotel.com à 23h38 étant en voyage et ayant besoin de faire une pause.
Une fois la réservation faite, j'ai essayé d'appeler l'hotel pour m'assurer que quelqu’un pouvait nous recevoir une demie-heure plus tard. Personne ne nous a repondu.
Nous n'avons pas pu bénéficier de notre nuit d'hotel.
J'ai appelé le lendemain matin pour demander le remboursement vu l'impossibilité de séjourner.
Le propriétaire affirme qu'il me rembourserait et ensuite il n'y a rien qui se...
