"This hotel is a scam. They have no one to check you in or help you out. The self-check-in machine didn't have my reservation details, so I wasn't able to check in. When I contacted them on WhatsApp, an AI bot messaged me back saying it couldn't locate my reservation in their system. I ended up booking at another hotel, and they refused to give me my money back. This hotel should be shut down because it is a scam."

"Staff was nice and kind the hotel was clean but room stayed cold despite heating being on for 24h because of a draft in bathroom. Free coffe and croissant in the morning was very nice supprise. "

"Breakfast was standard for most hotels in this class. Although, on the second morning the hot articles were only lukewarm. We changed room directly after checking in as our room wasn’t clean (stains from drinks on the bedside tables, bins still full). Bedding in our second room had holes (both sides) and stains (one side). Generally clean and comfortable, but maybe more light in the building in general would help all staff to make a better job. Make sure you have a torch with you if you want the read the menu in the restaurant after dark. "
