The hotel is out of the city but right off the highway. I liked the hotel. May not be good for a family but ot worked kust fine for me.

Lagrange Apart'HOTEL Lyon Lumière
The location isn't the best, although there's a metro station nearby that takes you to the center of Lyon. When I arrived, the parking garage door was broken, and I had to leave my car on the street for the first night. The staff wasn't very professional.
