Great Hotel in centre of Venice.

Lovely hotel. Rooms were very warm due to time of year. Good breakfast which surpassed expectations. Lovely location - close to San Marco Sq and not far from Accademia area. Really close to vaporetto stop (direct or airport). Friendly/helpful staff who are at desk 24hrs. Fresh towels every day. Lovely view along the canal from our room (34)if you can request it.

Disappointed

I do not recommend it. At reception they are rude. The hotel needs new carpeting, curtains and bedding. The place is expensive for the quality they offer. It was a stay for two but I finally travel alone. I have paid room, breakfast and tourist tax for two people. They have refused to prepare a breakfast to take away on the day of my departure. I don't think it's fair and it's not a way to build customer loyalty.

Romantica Venezia

Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole, la camera aveva l'essenziale ed una vista spettacolare, colazione abbondante sia dolce che salata e dei pancake fatti al momento da una gentile signora che abbiamo gradito tantissimo.

Clean, close to Piazza San Marco, with Gondoliers right outside, but out of the flood zone. Breakfast was decent, room was nice. The only thing I'd change is adding an elevator, but I live in a 4th floor walkup in NYC, so a 2nd floor walkup wasn't a problem.

Atende as expectativas

O hotel atende bem as necessidades gerais. O quarto é bem funcional, com apenas o incomodo de subir muitas escadas pra chegar ao quarto. O café da manhã é muito bom e a localização do hotel é muito boa, apenas 3 min da Praça São Marco.

We enjoyed our stay.

Hotel is just 5 minutes to St Mark's and the water buses. Everything is nearby, including a gondola station just outside the front door, but the hotel is quiet at night. Breakfast wasn't overwhelming but they did make accommodations for my wife who has some dietary restrictions. The rooms weren't large but they were clean and comfortable. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.
