"The property is fairly large, and the front desk guy was not helpful in directing me to my room. He clearly had a map in front of him, but he did not take the time to point out exactly where my room was located. It was pouring down rain, and I had to walk all around the property to find my room. Once I got there drenched, the TV was not working, so 2 people on staff came up to the room to fix it. In addition, there was an unfinished hole in the wall around where the shower head was popping out."

"A very cute boutique hotel, has a lot of great amenities. I will say one issue I had was there was a lot of ants in the bathroom by the sink. Great for a couple of days, but I probably wouldn't say for longer than that."
