Nice hotel for what you pay. Not very sounds proof within the hotel - can hear people talking in corridor/reception. My door was next to the communal toilet and the doors are loud. Would’ve been ideal having a kettle in the room

I liked it for thw most part, except the shutters didn't open so it was almost like not having a window in the room. And the stairs coming up to the room smelled like cat litter. Itherwise it was a good hotel in a good location.

Close to the ferry terminal. Clean and nice sized rooms . Staff was very helpful . We could keep our luggage after checking out and even use the washroom when we collected our bags. Good price and washroom was inside the rooms which was a huge requirement for us. Overall good hotel.

When i reached, the hotel was not traceable. It is inside a very narrow street. The room was very congested and was not properly cleaned. However, the receptionist staff is very lovely and helpful.

We had an excellent stay. The staff was helpful and very accommodating. All of the linens in our room were lovely quality. We tried to buy the bath towels from them! The location is perfect and very walkable.

Great little find
Spotlessly clean, easy check, very good rates on mini bar, breakfast was in the hotels own restaurant just opposite the hotel, basic but plenty & good quality. Fantastic locations a few minutes from st mark's square. Brilliant little hotel, more than happy to recommend.

Rooms are a bit small but it is not that important since you area out all the time. AC worked great and had a LOT of options around to eat and shop.

This is a gem, close to St Mark's so easy to find. Staff are unfailingly kind and attentive, breakfast is just enough, croissants are fresh baked, coffee superb. Room is clean, spacious, and despite overlooking a busy "Campo", quiet when windows are shut.

The actual hotel didn’t have heat so they offered us a larger place to stay which was apartment style a few mintute walk down the way.

Great deal!
Loved my stay here! It was down a little alley way so you didnt hear much noise from street or the late night crowd. Rooms and bathroom were clean and bigger than i was expecting, reception was 24 hours and all the staff was very nice and welcoming. Definitely an amazing deal for the price and in a wonderful location!

It was okay
The hotel is perfectly located close to all major tourist spots, shops and restaurants. Toom was comfortable and clean and not too noisy considering we were on a main street. The obly issues were with the bathroom which seems to be a commonn problem in room 110. The shower is horrible and so is the shower pressure. Shower cabin door is broken so there is a masty shower curtain hanging there that is totally out of place and very dirty. The water is barely coming out and leaking since the shower head is broken as well... I hope other rooms are better, avoid 110 at all cost.

Nice hotel and staff. Staff were very helpful. You could tell the hotel was very nice in the past. The hotel is in the heart of Venice which made sightseeing and dining convenient. Very close to the mall, Water bus stops, Marks Basillica and Doge’s Palace. Also guests receive a small discount at the next door restaurant, which was great. I think this hotel was s good deal for what we paid for.

Lovely hotel, tucked away in a very traditional Venice lane in a quiet square. Had to ask 2 people where it was but we were literally right by it. Nice staff, helpful and pleasant. Very pleasant weekend.

Nice hotel close to the centre of town

Front desk staff preoccupied One bedside lamp missing lampshade Minibar refrigerator was not cold On booking bed is described as a double but is smaller than a queen, thus unusually narrow double bed. Attractive room, website photo is accurate. Was quiet at night, though any noise in hall was audible. There is a cost premium for being so close to San Marco. I have found better value elsewhere.
