Pretty hotel, friendly staff, comfy bed, great service, bit strange decor with padded walls and room bit small to get around the bed and bathroom very long and thin but perfectly nice and adequate and close to all the fun stuff.

The hotel is beautiful and very comfortable. The all day buffet was awesome. The dinning room is beautiful and with a great view. enjoyed the stay!

This hotel was absolutely perfect! The staff were helpful and kind, the entire hotel was immaculately clean, the breakfast was delicious. The location was simply perfect. I highly recommend this hotel!

2 people for 2 nights. The location was perfect - 5 min walking from all the highlights, however it felt quite and private. The pastry shop across the street had nice coffee and delicious traditional desserts. Very local place. The room and the dining area were super clean - 10! The breakfast buffet had great variety and was tasty. - We had booked a deluxe room and it felt smaller than the photos. The room was dark - needed the lights on even in the morning. I am not a fan, but most of the hotels in Venice have this interior style -too crowded for me. Minimum effort from staff. I would expect more from a 4* hotel. Overall enjoyable stay! 8/10
