Terrible hotel Staff
When we got at the hotel at midnight the reception that was there was really with bad attitude. We arrived hungrier and asked him to eat, he said us all were closed. Once in the room we didn't get towels and toilet paper. We came with him to asked and again at very bad attitude. He didn't speak in English and the communication was imposible. The breakfast is bad, poor quality. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS.

Hotel near Venice
Considering the price it was about what we expected but it was not a clean place, the carpet was full of stains and the AC was not cooling the room sufficiently.

The refrigerator wasn't on the room they gave one that sounded like a jet plain. The a/c heater didn't work the carpit was disgusting there were no shower doors and the water didn't get hot. Staff was nice and it was cheap

It is a very good hotel for given price. Our other booking got cancelled last minute. We booked this hotel and it was very cheap. They gave us nice rooms with balcony. Only carpet in this hotel is bad otherwise everything else is worth the price. There is a bus stop near the hotel(2 min walk). From this stop you can take tram to Mastre station or Mainland Venice. Very convenient. The area of the hotel is safe and very quite. Is it nice residential area. Don't expect 5 star hotel experience with this price. but is it worth the price.

Nice hotel...was very "nice" for us...
We stayed at Nice hotel for one night following a cruise. Reception was very helpful and we were able to store our luggage for the day as we went off to Venice as the room was not ready until the afternoon. Room was clean and comfortable for family of four. Breakfast the next morning was a good start to the day. Some furnishings looked a little "tired" but that is fine, we knew we weren't at a five star hotel. Again, reception was very helpful in giving us directions and tips. Would recommend.

Not a bad deal, for the price
The room was nice, especially for the price. The wifi gets poor reception on certain floors, and the A/C was broken in my room, but the front desk person said the owner had someone coming to look at it the next day (but it was a little warm at night, even in the spring).

Close to transportation to Airport and Venice.
I would have second thoughts about recommending this hotel to my Family and friends because: 1.No Coffee, or tea making in the room. 2.The Air Conditioner did not work and when it got cold at night no heating. 3.The breakfast was very plain. 4. The Chinese people in the next room kept slamming the door late at night. I complained to the Hotel Staff, but nothing was done about it.

The stay in hotel was very bad experience of my whole life. The carpet was smelly and damp.In the morning at 8.45 am even after paying for breakfast the girl present who is receptionist as well as caterer said breakfast was finished only coffee and tea were available. This hotel is not worth of money.

Decent hotel in suburb of Venice
The hotel was clean and staff who spoke English were friendly, especially the lady who worked the breakfast. However, the night receptionist does not speak English. When I asked to add a person to the room he started yelling at me in Italian and insisting I pay extra $. When I asked the manager what they normally charge to add a person to a double I already paid for, he couldn't give me a number. I then ended up missing my plane back because the airport bus from Mestre does not run on time! Also, the bus to the hotel is packed on the weekends.

Nice Hotel
Very nice hotel, very clean rooms, reasonable breakfast buffet, staff have limited English but able to communicate. Downside is that it's 20mins from the island of Venice and you need to catch a bus there. The hotel is next to a bar, so rowdy noise can sometimes keep you awake till 1am. Otherwise, good value.

Communication was an issues if the some of the staff are off duty. Only 1 staff attendant. Room very small and rugs ar old and dirty. Neigbhorhood too quite and no close place to eat. Can't stay there again

The location of the hotel was great for getting to Venice by bus. It was a nice neighborhood. The room and bed and pillows smelled of smoke, even though it was a non smoking room. One of the glass panels on the shower was completely missing and the water from the shower went into the bathroom. I'm glad there was a drain. The patio was very nice but the door needed some maintenance. The breakfast was good and plentiful for us and we enjoyed sitting on the terrace to eat.

Great location to Saturday mkt & access to Venice
Good neighborhood, less than a block to Saturday market and a few blocks more to the bus to Venice, Piazzale Roma (number 6 or 6/) Breakfast adequate and personnel nice, wifi in room, & hotel had parking. Rooms were tiny, the beds and pillows like rocks. I brought my own pillow and managed to survive the night despite the unforgiving mattress.

10-13 min walk from Maestre train station
Hotel was very nice and close to the train station, located in a clean residential area and it's in an excellent condition. If you do not like 10-13min walks you can get a taxi/bus from the train station to the hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful! Breakfast was quite ok, it has everything you need to give you a good morning start, 2-3h until next meal, which you will likely have it in Venice. Nearby there is a market and a few stores to get any type of groceries you would need. Our rooms were clean and fresh, daily cleaning, nothing to complain at that category. The walls between the rooms were a little thin, you could hear everything is happening in next room and when you have a noisy neighbor, that is not nice. Overall we had a pleasant experience with Nice hotel, we would definitely stay here again.

Commute to Venezia - close to public transport
While this is an older hotel (some signs of wear, including a broken shower door) the room and bathroom were clean. The hotel is close to a bus line that takes you directly into Venice; it is also within walking distance (or a really short bus ride) to the train station. If you want to save some money and don't mind a short commute to Venezia (the hotel is tecnically in Maguera) this is a decent budget option.

Nice Hotel Mestre - very nice!
Surprisingly this hotel located out of the centre of Mestre in the port area was extremely well placed for access to Venice. Because we were not near the train station, we expected to catch a taxi across the causeway but the local bus which stopped just around the corner from the hotel took us to Piazzale Roma in 15 minutes. It is located in a clean residential area and is in excellent condition. The young lady on the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Could not have expected more at the price. Thoroughly recommend this for a Venice base if you don't want to pay the extortionate prices of the hotels in the old town.

I was disappointed with this hotel. The hotel room is so small, toilet seat is broken, hair dryer's not working, toilet light is busted...oh dear! and feels dusty. The front desk girl was unwelcoming. But atleast the man who served the breakfast the next day was very friendly and accomodating.

Alle sehr nice im Hotel Nice :)
Für ein kurzen Städtetrip genau das Richtige. Das Hotel ist sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich und die Zimmer auch komfortabel. Die Verbindung nach Venedig ist um die Ecke und auch einen Supermarkt findet man auf der Straße.

Hotel Nice ottima scelta
un Weekend con famiglia ed amici a Venezia e per riposare abbiamo scelto Hotel Nice! Ottima scelta devo dire! Hotel confortevole ed accogliente e vicinissimo ai mezzi pubblici per raggiungere Venezia in pochi minuti e, dettaglio non da poco, posto auto interno.

Abbiamo gradito la presenza del piccolo parcheggio esterno alla struttura, l'accoglienza rapida e cortese e l'arredamento della stanza. Purtroppo la camera è risultata essere piuttosto rumorosa (si sentivano distintamente le voci degli ospiti della stanza accanto e l'abbaiare del loro cagnolino) e polverosa (probabilmente a causa della moquette). Il bagno era essenziale ma perfettamente pulito. La posizione dell'albergo è decisamente buona per chi avesse bisogno di recarsi alla stazione di Mestre. La zona in cui sorge l'hotel è tranquilla e piacevole. Un buon compromesso per poter visitare comodamente la vicina Venezia senza spendere troppo.

Et dejligt område, hvor der er parker, legepladser og det er så grønt og lækkert at gå i. Om lørdagen er der et stort marked lige udenfor døren. Busserne til Venedig er tæt på. Bus nr 6L er lige om hjørnet og 6 et busstop længer væk, men det er næsten det samme. Det er billigt at spise i området og på hotellet kan man bestille pizza fra en af de lokale pizzairer. Hotellet er lidt brugt, men der er både lysekroner, krogede møbler og mulighed for at opholde sig på altan eller terrasse. Der kan altid købes drikkevare i receptionen, der hænger sammen med resturanten. Der kan bestilles taxa gennem hotellet.

Buen hotel cerca de Venecia.
Buen hotel que se corresponde perfectamente a las estrellas que tiene (podría ser un 4), en una buena zona, con fácil acceso al transporte público para ir a Venecia de forma rápida. Muy buena ubicación. Hotel elegante, de estilo romántico muy acorde al estilo veneciano. Limpieza de las habitaciones y del hotel en general perfecto. La amabilidad del personal excelente. La zona perfecta para estar tranquilo pero muy cerca de Venecia. Absolutamente recomendable. Si el balcón tuviera una mesita con dos sillas para poder estar un rato al fresco de la noche, seria fantástico. Por lo demás, todo un 10. Felicidades.

La camera si presenta della giusta metratura. La moquette a terra è visibilmente consumata ed il frigo è vuoto (anche se presente menù con prezzo delle eventuali consumazioni). Le antine della doccia sono state rimosse con conseguente semi allagamento del bagno ad ogni doccia
