Exceptional location & service! Cute older hotel with small rooms, but overall great! General upkeep in the bathrooms, a little older grout in some areas could be improved, but the location and service exceeded the benefit of being in a newer hotel across town!

Tive uma excelente experiência no Hotel Firenze. A localização é perfeita, com fácil acesso às principais atrações da cidade. O quarto era muito confortável, com cama boa e espaço bem aproveitado. Hotel Firenze is tucked away in a quiet alleyway right in the centre of Venice where all the designer shops are. You can’t get a better location. The location isn’t just what makes this hotel a great choice though - it’s the incredible, personal service you get from the beautiful staff who work there. They go above and beyond to help and really made our stay in Venice wonderful. I love the authentic boutique style of the hotel - really helps to immerse yourself in the true Venice style. If this place is available, don’t hesitate, it’s a fantastic option at a good price point.
