Nosso quarto ficava no último andar. Gostaria de saber de antemão que nosso banheiro era com banheira mas que só conseguiríamos tomar banho sentados. Foi uma questão de adaptação apenas. O hotel é muito bem localizado, achei a cama confortável e o quarto silencioso.

Not a bed and breakfast

First off I want to give props to the service only because when checking in the employee was very knowledgeable of the area and he gave us really good advice on where to go and what to see. In addition to the wonderful assistance the location was really great and cheap, it was in central Venice and it was really close to the water taxi. Aside from that where do I begin; we wanted to use the mugs in our room but found them unclean and the one spoon had food still on it and was left to be used by the next guest that being us. The credit card machine was down, and we had to pay with cash which I understand is not their fault but we wish they would have told us prior to us arriving. For anyone who is in need of an elevator their is not one available, we had to carry our luggage two flights of stairs. The WiFi was not great either. Lastly one major factor that really angered us was that their was NO BREAKFAST for this bed and breakfast why call yourself a bed and breakfast when their is no breakfast for the guests. We found cereal with no milk and oatmeal again no milk and no bowls or utensils. We noticed some guests needing help finding utensils and plates looking for a staff member but did not find anyone. So if you need a cheap stay in central Venice and don’t mind any breakfast at a B&B and dirty mugs and cups this is the place to stay.

Excelente ubicación y limpio

Nicola, Nos recibió muy amable nos brindó información turística excelente ! la habitación muy limpia, cómoda y con excelente ubicación para caminar por Venecia hasta muy tarde sin problema de movilidad. Recomendable para un viaje turístico, No hay acsensor por tanto idieal para gente joven.

Smelly room in a great location

I arrived and had to wait 2 hours at the reception when no one was there. I eventually left and checked in later, but this caused me stress and confusion and wasted part of my day. Then the bathroom broke and smelled like disgusting sewer. The water turned off at one point and we had to contact the reception desk. The man was very nice and gave me his number on WhatsApp, but I had to climb into the electric closet and turn on the power to get the sink running again, and then the bathroom smelled absolutely vile again. The location was great and very close to Rialto and San Marco, but the room experience was not great.
