"The property was exceptional. Breakfast was everything you needed. Gym perfect. Location is not ideal to get to St. Marks unless you take water taxi’s. 1 mile walk from train station. This property is a major tour destination. Lots are coming daily and lobby is full all the time, wait times are not ideal. It is an extremely busy hub for tours. This is not ideal for anyone looking for an authentic experience or quiet less hustle atmosphere. We loved the hotel just not how busy it was."

"The room was very nice! I stayed in the room that had two bedrooms. One had a queen bed and the other hat three twin beds. First, we were greeted by the loveliest receptionist, and she offered us a complementary glass of wine. That really said the tone! After that, she walked us outside and around the corner to where our room was. It was up three flights of stairs so that I would say is the only drawback. No elevator for this room, but it’s definitely worth it! Very beautiful sweet. I know the drawback is that it only has one bathroom but again we made it work. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The bed was comfy, breakfast had good choice of different options. Room was cleaned and tidied everyday. The only downside was at check-in where there was an expectation from the concierge showing us where our room was, that a tip had to be provided before he would leave our room. Apart from this we had a great experience at Rialto and would return."

"The property itself is very nice, and the rooms are incredibly roomy and spacious. It is also super well-located in a safe, beautiful area that is wonderful for walking around, and the front-line staff we interacted with were friendly"

"Breakfast was surprisingly good, lots of items, staff on hand to help. Shuttle to/from airport was great. Train to Venice was directly behind Hotel so 4 euros each way, 3 stops on the express train. Great option!"

"The hotel is right on the water in a good location, with easy access to the vaporetto. Our room and the property overall were clean and comfortable. We ate at the hotel’s bistro, but unfortunately, the food was not very good. I was also surprised that there was no gym, particularly given the size of the property and that this is a full-service hotel rather than a traditional small B&B. Overall, the location and convenient transportation access were the strongest features."
