When I booked a room for 3 people(me and my husband ＋my father) it said “3 Twin Beds OR 1 Double Bed and 1 Twin Bed” and I requested “3 Twin Beds”AND THEY CONFIRMED. But it was 1 Double bed 1 extra bed that my 90 years old father needed to sleep on the small extra bed… At the site, I claimed ‘You’ve confirmed “3 twin beds”! But they said we don’t have rooms other than that. I asked ‘ Why did you put “3 Twin Beds OR 1 Double Bed and 1 Twin Bed” in the first place, then?!’ the clerk in the morning said ‘ I don’t know. I’m just working here, This is not my hotel.’ There are no manager at the hotel.

Kind lady, good morning.She should tell the truth and not as she likes to say, we have prepared 3 beds for you in the room, your problem was the third bed which was a bunk bed. She told me that in our photos she saw different beds, at this point I showed her some photos of us saying that I don't know where she saw other types of beds, and that I don't make the description to sell the rooms, since I am an employee and not the owner, at this point she no longer responded to me.

Highly recommended
Nice place to stay when you’re going to Venice, near the bus stop and big grocery store. Accommodating staff, clean room, good breakfast. We will recommend this place and will stay again when we come back to Venice.

Better value for couples/solo, than for families
We booked last minute for a 1 night pre-cruise arrival, replacing a booking at a location which has had an outbreak of bed bugs. We paid €43 for 4 people, 4 carry in bags, 2 checked bags, 2 backpacks, and a laptop shoulder bag to reach the hotel from VCE. The airport shuttle would have been €60, so I am glad we declined. We had to stay in 2 separate rooms due to no quads available, which we knew in advance. The rooms were on the same floor but on separate corridors. We were allowed to leave the large bags downstairs in order not to carry them up, no elevator. We were offered a simple breakfast for €7 each, which I thought was high. Taxi to the cruise terminal the following day was €42. In total for airport transfer, overnight, and cruise transfer without breakfast, we paid about €250. This hotel is a much better value for couples or solo travellers rather than a family, but service was friendly, and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Friendly and quiet
Hotel is in a quiet district near a supermarket and tram and bus services. Staff were friendly and helpful and sold bus tickets. Breakfast was good.

A good location near the bus and train. Very easy to get into Venice. We enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere away from the crowds of Venice. The staff were so nice and helpful. The room was simple but comfortable with enough room for luggage. The bed was good but the pillows were quite firm. There was a lovely garden out front to sit and enjoy breakfast. The breakfast had a good variety with delicious homemade cakes and great coffee. We stayed five days and really enjoyed ourselves.

amazing value for money
About 10 minutes from the main centre using the line 6 bus, which is only 2 minutes walk from the hotel, the rooms was very clean and moderns with nice views, garden was a beautiful setting, elegant and romantic with a mini waterfall outdoor tables and electronic automatic gates on entrance so its very secure and private will 100% recommend to anyone

Great, clean room at a good price. Wifi was good. Staff was nice. Bus takes about 10-15 minutes to get to Venice. Stop is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Didn't order the breakfast. Not too much in the immediate residential area around the hotel.

Hotel is not very far from railway & bus station. Local transport is near by from where you easily get the bus for venice island. Room are only for 2 adults. Staff is very friendly. The lady at reception guide us how to go to venice. Also she provide us written information about bus number, stops for going and returning.

Excellent location for day trips Venice.
Chose to stay outside Venice as party of a tour of Italy and this hotel offered the options we wanted. 15 mins walk from train station. Cheap bus service to Venice leaves from very close by which was a bonus (but can be very busy/hot on its return). Hotel staff very helpful in providing details and tickets. Room on the small side but lovely fresh and clean bathroom. Quiet location, peaceful hotel Plenty of choice for breakfast which can be taken outside in the garden. Again staff happy to help/provide selection. Large supermarket nearby.

Great Value, Location and Personal Hospitality!
Loved the personal hospitality of this small hotel. Great to have free parking in front of hotel. Loved being located a block away from a large grocery store and near a bus to Venice. Check-in was great. Appreciated staff showing us everything we needed to know about the room and how to get to Venice. The room was clean and spacious. If you staff here don't do what we did and leave the windows open all night (don't like AC). We were covered in mosquito bites in the morning. We know they were mosquitoes as we saw them flying around the room.

This Family Run Hotel/Home From Home:
This Gamily Run Hotel is One of the Nicest, if snot The Nicest Hotels I Have Ever Been Fortunate to Stay In Throughout My Whole Life. I am 69 Years Old and Quite Disabled, stuck in a Wheelchair, therefore I Have To & Do Take Carer’s With Me When I Go Away. Honeymoon stay
This was for our honeymoon. Has great easy transport links to Venice and also the train station. Lovely restaurants nearby and the staff are so friendly and have great local knowledge. Very pleased and would definitely return.

Cheap alternative to staying in the Canals
I stayed here 2 nights in a double bed room. I chose this hotel as staying in Mestre is a bit cheaper than staying in Venice proper, and it turned out okay for me. There is a frequent bus to Venice a couple of blocks away, it's a good idea to get on a bit early (but not super early) so that it's not absolutely packed. The tobacco shop across the road sells passes, but the staff there don't speak English. But I was able to order a two-day ("duo giorni") pass, which includes unlimited bus trips and use of the Venetian water buses. The bus to Venice takes about 20 minutes. The hotel is a decent walk from the train station, you might just want to take a taxi. The room was small and basic but perfectly functional. The breakfast was good. Wifi is good, a bit slow at times. There is a supermarket just up the street. The staff were very kind in letting me check in early, and spoke good English. I went to nearby Al Giordinetto for dinner, they have a full English menu with lots to choose from.

Nice Hotel; Good Value, Quiet Neighborhood
Small, intimate hotel in a quiet residential neighborhood. Convenient to bus and Metro Tram into Venice. Mestre train station is about a 20-25 minute walk, part in a dinghy but well lighted pedestrian tunnel. We never felt unsafe on this walk. Our room was small with few amenities, but comfortable for a short stay. Bathroom was also tiny, but had a nice shower. Good breakfast with more than the usual coffee and pastries. Wifi connection was very good and, bonus for us, we had a couple English TV channels. Hotel has a charming enclosed garden courtyard with bistro tables. The room price was reasonable, given the proximity to expensive Venice. Restaurant choices are limited, but the hotel staff recommended Il Giardnetto, a 5-minute walk away. Great restaurant…excellent food!

Convenient for venice.
We were driving so stayed here as parking was available. We bought a 48 hour bus/water taxi pass and used it to go into Venice daily and to all the islands as well as up and down the grand canal. Terrific spot.

3 days with good options to visit Venice and see major attractions. 2 day travel ticket paid dividends. Hotel just off tram route and easy bus connect for main centre. Hotel staff very helpful with info on bus/tickets/travel passes/maps and much more. Breakfasts a delight! Murrano was great; pity Rialto was under wraps!

Overall good stay. We enjoyed premium bedding and our sleep!! Cleaners would just let themselves in your room thou, for we found out as we had stayed behind one day. Also found a pair a lucky dirty socks left behind in the wardrobe, we had a good laugh doing so!

Nice hotel with a free parking
Everything was OK, but i did not like the fact that i was charged 1.5 euros for the map of Venice. It was offered for free in all other hotels we stayed throughout the country. It s a small fee but shows the attitude.
