This is a perfect little hotel for a stay in Venice. We have stayed in Venice several times and found the location of this hotel to be exceptionally good. The neighborhood is vibrant and as many dining and shopping opportunities and even a lovely church.

Rooms are small. Will work for solo travellers only. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Ideal location to just walk outside the canal st within 2 mins and other historical buildings. High speed Internet didn't fail at all. Breakfast service is available but not room service. AC was my biggest concern but it was more than adequate for the room size. Would recommend to solo travellers that would like to be in a very accessible location, have most of the amenities and not break your bank.

The location is perfect for anyone with mobility issues as it is very close to San Marco and easily accessible by water taxi(approx € 70-80). The downside is that it is a busy area so mornings can be noisy. Breakfast was delightful and the staff are very kind and helpful. It also boasts an elevator, which is not common in small hotels in Venice.
