The only drawback is we had the attic apartment which has a (locked) door leading to the apartment below and from there you can hear every single conversion of the occupants and use of the kitchen. It was fine for us because we were pretty much gone all day. Beds were comfortable. Communication was challenging at times as we tried to arrange transportation to and from the airport, but all worked out in the end."

"Centrally located near everything. The unit was a 5-10 minutes walk away from all the major Venice sights. The room was clean but lots of noise from its central location. Dishe cleanliness was not the greatest but otherwise, very clean. It advertises with free wifi but there are none to be found in the unit which affected my confort rating. Lots of planning goes in those trips nowaday, requiring reliable internet connection. There's no front desk as it is located 5-10 minutes away!"

"We booked a canal view room for our family of 4. The view is beautiful. Room and bathroom is very clean and looks recently renovated. Communication was clear and they were quick to respond. We utilized the shared dining/kitchen area as it seemed we were the only guests staying. Love this place for the location. We arrived by train and did not have to worry about the stairs. It was only a few minutes from station. I highly recommend!"

"We had a great time. Apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed. Only issue we had was the AC units in the apartment didn’t work and it was quite warm when we were there. We thought we would just open the windows to let the breeze in but the street is very busy so the noise was extremely loud, it sounded like the people outside were screaming in our room. Otherwise we loved the apartment and would definitely stay again. "
