Fantastic experience, excellent service, clean, quiet, fancy

I would easily recommend this hotel to others. The hotel is beautifully designed, clean and with excellent facilities. The staff are all very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We had particularly good service from Mehir on arrival, Sieglinde and Patrick on reception, and Francesca and Elisana in the restaurant. The pool, sauna and gym are well appointed and you as the hotel is located directly on the beach, you are able to walk from the pool area on to the beach where you are provided wth sun...

We much enjoyed our short stay here. The staff are its real asset and we would have been more than happy to stay longer. Hopefully we might return sometime in the future.

Great location, close to beach and restaurants!

Hotels in a great location with close transport links to venice city, and only 10 minutes walk to lido beach. Staff very friendly and attentive. Room was very comortable, good selection on breakfast. At the top of the hotel there is a triple deck roof terrace with fantastic views. I would highly recommend.

I booked this hotel for an Easter break with my wife and 15 year old son mainly because it looked nice and it was a good distance from the centre of Venice. The hotel is situated on the Island of Lido which is about a 20 minute boat taxi journey to St Marks Square (but you can get off earlier after about 7 minutes onto the island of Venice itself and walk to St Marks Square). The hotel was very clean, the room was clean with fresh towels daily. The mattress was very clean and comfortable and...

Lovely hotel on the lido, easy to get to and from with the regular bus for the water buses to the centre of Venice. Room was quiet and big enough with a view of the beach ⛱️ staftt were friendly and polite. The breakfast for us was enough, standard continental affair.

Lovely hotel, really friendly staff who showed us where everything was, which water bus to get etc. Close to what is a lovely seaside style resort so restaurants, ice cream, beach etc. within 10 minutes walk. Only minus is that the bedroom was very hot at night so difficult to sleep.

Staff were helpful and sorted out a problem with our shower straight away. Rooms spotless.breakfasts plentiful but the coffee was disappointing.

Clean room, great staff. We loved this place!

If you prefer, hospitable, kind, helpful, informative, loving people persons, a home away from home, then look no further. Money cannot pay for services render from the heart. Rosa is quite a Rare Gem. Even though other staff spoke little English they tried their very best to help. Thank you all very much. Location is secluded just right for the soul in search of peace. Shuttle, information getting around Venice & other islands is provided. Rosa help me planned both my days. Louisa gave me...
