The hotel/residences was amazing. The rooms were lovely and spacious and had plenty of storage. The pool areas were so lovely, with really friendly and helpful staff, and the private beach was stunning. All staff in the hotel were friendly, professional and went the extra mile. Particularly Salvatore in the restaurant and Julia in the bar. The food in the Pura restaurant was amazing. Theodor Falser, the Michelin chef introduced himself and sat and chatted for a while. We had a perfect stay.

This was a short trip to Venice but a wonderful new discovery in both the Lido & this great, small hotel ~Villa Casanova. You know that Venice itself is likely to be very busy~so staying on the island opposite seemed to make sense. What you don't expect is the lovely feeling of ordinary Italian life going on, the greenery, the wide canals & the bikes passing by slowly. Hotel ideally situated close fish market and Rialto bridge on Grand Canal Room and en suite all very modern. LEDs everywhere. Staff very professional and friendly. Towels checked and changed twice a day if necessary. Beds turned down in the evening and news letter and chocolate left. Breakfasts good with proper bacon etc as well as continental and fruit also fizzy wine. A lovely cosy hotel which is about a 30 second walk to San Marcos square. The rooms were clean and spacious, the breakfast perfect for that get up and go and the staff always keen to help

The breakfast was one of the best I have ever had. Beautifully presented, fresh and always topped up. A great range of quality drinks as well. 10.00 am finish, so plenty of time for a lie in.

I would easily recommend this hotel to others. The hotel is beautifully designed, clean and with excellent facilities. The staff are all very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We had particularly good service from Mehir on arrival, Sieglinde and Patrick on reception, and Francesca and Elisana in the restaurant. Everything about the hotel was fantastic. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, assisting me with everything we needed. Our room was spacious, warm, and very cozy, beds were so comfortable, making it a pleasure to relax in. The hotel is one of the best that I have stayed in! The staff are very friendly and polite.. The placement of the hotel is perfect as it's very close to all the shops and restaurants yet on a quiet peaceful street, the hotel also gave us all the information we needed and arranged a free tour of the glass factory with free transportation! The hotel and gorgeous food and cocktails, the room was stunning and very comfortable I would deffinatly stay there again!

Hotel Reiter is a great hotel, it’s very clean and the staff are really helpful and friendly and go out of their way to help. It’s very close to the beach and there is cycle hire available a few doors down, great for exploring the lido. There is also a discount in the hotel bar/restaurant available for guests.
