Staff/Manager apologetic and refund the difference in cash.Was initially given a car park view room with balcony over a smoking area and cigarette smell coming up from below. Was promptly given a new room overlooking the river. Excellent hotel and facilities, staff friendly and everything clean. No USB outlet in room."

"The scenery in this valley was gorgeous. My hiking, biking, & walking experience perfect. The natives were friendly people. The hotel restaurant was awesome. From the soup & salads to the roasted bbq lamb to the chicken & “rosnisat” AWESOME. The staff was nice. The proprietors were on site and very caring to their guests. “I’LL BE BACK”"

"Wir haben die Unterkunft spontan gebucht. Im Preis enthalten war eine kurze Führung durch den Weinberg und den Weinkeller sowie ein Weintasting. Es gab 3 Weine und Raki sowie Kleinigkeiten zu essen. Die Atmosphäre war hervorragend, der Ausblick wunderschön und die Herzlichkeit der Menschen dort erwähnenswert. "Hana and her son Nedim took excellent care of us. The rooms are spotless. Breakfast plentiful and the best part. The AC was awesome. Breakfast on the terrace was nice. And personal. Although no dedicated parking. Very easy to find some on streets around the guest house. Highly recommend. Easy access to everything. Walkable and quiet area. "

"The rooms are outdated and have a strong baby powder smell. While they provide the necessities, the furniture and overall condition need improvement — both chairs in our room were stained. There was also a private party during our stay, and the noise and music carried on until 2 a.m., making it hard to sleep. The location does not actually offer views of the Vjosa River from the rooms, only the mountains. On the positive side, breakfast was enjoyable with a nice view and good coffee, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, it’s fine for a short stop to enjoy breakfast, but I would not recommend spending the night."

"Great rooms, immaculate, comfortable, air conditioning good when I worked out how to work it. First remote was broken but reception quickly gave me a replacement. Rooms very spacious. Good breakfast selection. They took orders for coffee, the rest was buffet. Very helpful with taxi and directions to chemist due to me being unwell. Beautiful breathtaking views from breakfast table. We would definitely stay here again. Right in centre as well, 20 mins or so walk to the castle, 5 mins from river and lots of cafes and restaurants around. Beautiful city and people very friendly."
