"It did not look like the pictures. The pictures showed it to be modern, bright and cheerful. It was not. The pots still had grease on them. No coffee pot. No coffee or tea provided or shampoo or shower gel. It was supposed to be near airport. It was not. It was supposed to have free airport shuttle. It did not. The immediate area was full of graffiti. The backyard was unkempt. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. "

It was really convenient to have a parking spot in the garage, as parking in the area can be tricky. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of options, and everything was well organized. "The place is fantastic with one exception - the temperature control - or lack there of! Was told nicely by staff heating and cooling was controlled centrally and the whole hotel - or at least all the rooms could either be heated - so have warm air pumped into the room and temp was therefore between 25-27 degrees or could have cooling system switched on, but it need to be done at central level for the whole hotel - the thermostats in our rooms were basically decorative. Everything else was brilliant, food was great with lots of options, place was beautifully decorated, pool areas were plentiful and stylish, place was well equipped, staff were friendly - nothing but praise - apart for the lack of temperature control. "
