"We loved this apartment! The communication with the host was fantastic including instructions to enter the building and a video to help. The space was so clean and bright. "Stipe Residence was perfect for our Split stay! The room was spacious with a great bathroom, and the AC worked tremendously well. Bus stop is just steps away (used it frequently to get around downtown Split) and there is a beach is right across the street with tons of restaurants along it. Location can't be beat - everything you need within walking distance, including a market. Definitely recommend staying here if you're visiting Split!"

"The location was wonderful to walk into aplit old town. The host was so nice and also willing to help with anything. Free car parking was convienient. Walking distance to veautiful beach. Older style decor and simplistic but clean and just fine for what sleeping and eating. Pillows werenunconfortable and he brought me new softer pillows for next tmnight which was very kind. "
