"Nice hotel , but certain staff members need a chase up , miserable ignorant bar staff and maybe a bit of common courtesy of being able to book in by changing the language setting on the silly tablets from German and also the food menus etc etc , Sorry but this hole sadly let us down in many ways , ah well, for me I’d never go back "

The pool was out of order (without any warning), and with it, the sauna was unavailable too — a major reason we chose this place. The “playground” they promised in the listing? Not at the hotel. It’s somewhere in the village, which isn’t the same thing. Our room faced the main street, making it noisy at night, and the blackout curtains left a huge 50 cm gap...
