"the top class property near Nagore Dargah . clean and hygienic . the maintenance team in the hotel is not up to the mark . there was water shedding in one of the toilet in our dormitory room . expedia says breakfast included but reception staff shiva said buffet not included which made a bit confusion and discomfort especially when shiva said its the guest responsibility to sort it out with Expedia . but later hotel owner himself involved and gave me breakfast included . thanks to him for sorting the issue out .overall i was very much impressed with the stay . will stay next time as well insha allah "

The bed and pillows were visibly unclean, which made it difficult to rest comfortably. The bathroom was in terrible condition—the door was broken and there was a persistent, unpleasant odor that made using the facilities unbearable. When I walked into the room, I was greeted by unwashed sheets and pillow covers. A quick call to the staff got me clean ones—but sadly, that's where the wins ended.
The room itself? Straight out of a horror movie. Peeling walls, moldy pillows, and broken plumbing made it feel like I had checked into a haunted house. My "view" upon opening the door? A broken ceiling with a bucket catching rainwater. (At least the bucket wasn’t inside my room… small mercies.)
The AC was particularly innovative—moss was growing out of it. Who needs a green wall when you have a green AC?
Food was the only saving grace. It tasted good… when it eventually arrived. Two rotis and a veg kurma took over an hour—so long we joked it might be breakfast instead of dinner.
The staff, bless their hearts, were polite, hardworking, and doing their best under impossible circumstances. It’s a management issue, not their fault. If the staff were running things, this place might stand a chance.
One star, entirely for the staff. Management, please take notes—or at least take a good look at the moss-covered AC. I have got the pictures to prove it!
