Wir haben die Unterkunft gebucht, bezahlt, aber sie war dann letztlich anderweitig gebucht. Wir mussten ein Ersatzhotel buchen. Wir haben keine Info erhalten, dass die Unterkunft nicht mehr mit hotels.com zusammdnarbeitet.
