Clean room, good air conditioning, great location, right on Calle Fortaleza, where all the action is at. You won’t need an Uber to go to the most famous places in PR.

Great customer service the receptionist were awesome. Very comfortable place.

Love my stay at Aire De Olive. A chic oasis just a few footsteps from the beach. The room was a dream as well, we had an ocean view. The shower was the star of the show, the steam and water pressure felt like you were at the spa. Housekeeping came everyday to clean and the staff were readily available to support with any of our needs. Make sure to grab a drink at AWWA and lay out on the cabanas at the pool on the 2nd floor. In terms of the area, it was just minutes from the airport and had lots of stores and food at a walkable nearby. It was also easily accessible to the more bustling areas of the island. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway with elevated amenities, don’t hesitate to book.

A resort of this caliber should have a high level of service and sadly, it fell very short. Resort is beautiful, huge but beautiful. Service times took forever and even when there was finally service, everyone was just going through the motions. No one was pleasant. I’m all about first impressions and the front desk didn’t do so great. Not welcoming at all. We celebrated a birthday and they did not have a candle! I mean.. vacations usually include birthday celebrations, so the la k of candle for my young child was disappointing. Besides the slow service, everything else was great. Plentiful chairs and towels, good food, lovely grounds, fun waterpark, nice rooms (marina side), nice beach, fun ferry ride. I’d recommend getting a private palapa on the beach. Service was just really not it.

I was greeted right away with the beach view and assisted to the room. Shown around and enjoyed the stay. Clean room, simple and decent. Will return. I also enjoued the restaurant which overlooks the water. Fish taci and calamari was amazinf
