"It is a bit far from the city center, located in an industrial area. I recommend that the reception staff try to speak at least one language in addition to French. Communication was very difficult, and there were many misunderstandings for both Expedia and the guests. At a minimum, English or Spanish would be helpful, as they are the two most widely spoken languages in the world. This would prevent many problems."

Sébastien Lecouffe, the manager was friendly and helpful. A great stay while visiting the Lille xmas market, which was a quick 15 minute Uber journey away."
