Bilderna visade ett ljust, öppet och rymligt rum med stora fönster. När jag kom fram möttes jag i stället av ett mörkt rum som mer liknade ett förråd. Det fanns inget riktigt fönster, bara en liten ventilationsöppning. Rummet var mycket mindre än det jag hade betalat för och motsvarade inte alls beskrivningen....

"Skitiga kuddar och täcken, även om lakan var rena. Dammigt porslin. Det var nästan stopp i toaletten, vilket påtalades till städpersonal, som skulle rapportera det vidare. "~The hotel itself was amazing and the kids particularly like the indoor slide they could slide down instead of taking the stairs. The staff were helpful, however failed to point out you need to book a breakfast slot for each day. I didn't realise this until around 11pm the night before and therefore the only times available were either 07.45 or 09.45 and later. I had to book the 07.45 slot as we were leaving that day, however this meant getting up super early and despite the reviews I'd read the breakfast just wasn't worth it, I'd sooner have had the time in bed. For such a luxurious hotel I'd have expected more."
