Comfortable hotel

The only Scandic Hotel in Västerås. Polite staff, easy check-in and very service minded staff in the restaurant when we wanted to dine on the hotel instead downtown due to heavy rain... good food. Comfortable beds in a family room. Basic toilet/shower. Good places to hang clothes. Downside, maybe not the biggest play room for the kids but you had video games, soccer table and the play room with toys and crayons.

The stay was fine, the hotel was in good condition and the rooms were great. Only drawback was the unfriendly staff at breakfast one of the days. The food was ok, but the staff was irritable and not particularly friendly.
