Communication with the Houseboat Company was fantastic from time of booking throughout until after check-out. "We stayed for 3 nights and this property is amazing! Great location overlooking a little park and a close walk to all the downtown activities. We had a room on the ground floor (#2) that had a wonderful patio to sit and relax with a glass of wine or a cup of coffee. The breakfast had a nice selection of offerings, and the staff - specifically Gabriella- were so friendly and willing to help. I would definitely stay here again when traveling to Ponte Delgada. "

"The girl that it was at the front desk was super nice, the cleaning ladies were the best, being Americans we like a lot of towels and they gave us all the towels that we needed. Very clean location, this is the town that I was born and as always people are very nice and will go out of their ways to make people welcome. "
