I would caution about the room allocation. We booked a superior room, as did our friends. Our friends were allocated a high room with a nice view - what I expected when booking judging by the pictures of the room type and from a previous visit. We paid the same price as our friends. The hotel is amazing, and considering the price (at least when I visited), its a must-visit. It's historical, it offers a beautiful traditional SPA and swimming pool "dug" inside the ground. The breakfast if luxurious and the staff is excellent.
