"Arrived with the family on a Tuesday in July for a two night stay to take our teen to Six Flags. Check-in went smoothly and our front desk agent was friendy and welcoming. We found that all the staff that we encountered were very professional and accommodating. We initially checked into a room on the 2nd floor at the SW exterior corner (rear of the hotel), thinking it would be quieter but there were semi-trucks idling on the street so the staff switched us to a interior-facing corner room on the 4th floor which was much quieter. The suite was clean, but the upholstery could use a good cleaning and the shower gel was almost empty. We noted that the trash cans are too small for the room, especially when they aren't emptied daily but the staff was very responsive to all of our housekeeping requests. The beds were comfortable but the teen said the foldaway bed was (unsurprisingly) not because he could feel the metal bar. There is a daily evening reception that was nice to have - we had some dry snacks and drinks while we decided on dinner plans. The hotel is in an office park and most of the meal options are chain restaurants within driving distance. The free breakfast is a value for this reason. There is a trolley that takes you to Six Flags but it takes almost an hour with all the additional pickups at the other hotels, so we drove on our own. Overall, a very good stay. I would book here again."
