Every single staff member was absolutely amazing. So patient with my children too! The place was fabulously clean. The food was excellent. The beds and pillows very comfortable. The pool could’ve been a little warmer but not something I’d complain about. 5 stars well deserved.

Hotel Villa Malpensa
The beds were very hard, the shower was very small, and when I ordered tiramisu at dinner it was not brought out for 30+ minutes, but the people behind us got theirs in minutes, 30 minutes after we ordered ours. It was cold and premade.

Hotel Residence Aurora
We had a very pleasant night at the hotel. The man at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful, the room was comfortable and clean, and the location very convenient. Would happily stay again!
