"Free shuttle was fast and easy. Shuttle back to airport was not easy as we did not have a flight booked that day. We just wanted the shuttle back to airport so we could catch the city train to our cruise port. We weren't a priority to them because no flight to catch so wouldn't let us book a shuttle. ..."
