The staff are excellent. I got a room on the top floor. Didn't use the pool but it looks great. The hotel offers a very good breakfast, fast service. So many restaurants in the area. The Shipyards area has a great atmosphere. The room fridge has drinks of every description.

We love staying at the Pinnacle, it’s good value and you’re in the heart of downtown Vancouver. The staff are always helpful and the shower pressure is fantastic.
