My stay was a one night trouble-free stay. The window glass isn't as sound-proof as some hotels but only in a minor way. Parking underground was $33 until 6pm the next day so pretty reasonable for the area. Good walking and eating opportunies nearby.

Pinnacle Hotel Harbourfront
Just a short walk from the cruise ship terminal. The hotel entrance is only on Hastings street. Our room was a waterfront view and it was outstanding. I came for the Vancouver Sun Run and the location could not be more perfect. I had a single room that was amazingly spacious, and included a large basin and mirror.
