There is an unmarked light switch by the front door that cuts the power to the electrical outlets beside the bed. Unknowingly, we turned off the light switch at night and our phone died in the middle of the night. Thank God, we weren’t depending on an alarm that morning!

Wonderful staff, super friendly. We traveled with a pet and they prepared our room with bowls and bed for our furry baby! Very thoughtful detail.

Pinnacle Hotel Harbourfront
The location is good, nice and clean overall. The restaurant is nice with good staff. The rooms are getting abit dated, poor lights, and not good ventilation in the bathrooms,, I did see a notice about a renovation going on but we where in an old room. The beds are nice and comfortable.

Clean and great for airport stay as skytrain right there. Pillows too hard is only complaint.

Only one lift is working, too much delay getting in and out due to lift not functioning

Hotel Willo (formerly YWCA Hotel Vancouver)
Kitchen was great but the ice machine was so loud which made not a great place to eat or spend any time. Overall it was a great place to stay and location 👍
