Liked the modern appliances and cleanliness of the room. Staff were very good too. Didn’t like the noise from the vent in the bedroom, excessive when the restroom fan was switched on. Pity, otherwise a great place to stay.

Block House
Amazing experience staying at the Block House. The communication with the host was prompted and they checked in a few times within our 3 day stay. The building was clean and our room was perfect. The building was secure because it was located in not the best area.

Toilet in room could not flush…water in tank was totally not returning…reported to front desk, told would send a mechanic for repair…after 3-1/2hrs late at night, issue was still not resolved which caused us not able to use the bathroom and rest after a long travel journey day…staff lied, not able ...

Hotel Willo (formerly YWCA Hotel Vancouver)
My shared bathroom was leaking from the roof at night. They fix it, but it interrupted my sleep. I will not book this hotel in the future.
