Nice comfortable suite with pleasing gardens well cared for by gardener Nixon.

The host was very helpful. The property needs new furniture in the Livingroom, the sofas were stained the rug, the futon bed my son was to sleep on had awful stains and the place had an awful smell. The pool and jacuzzi was dirty.

Our biggest disappointment was the swimming pool and the area around it. It was the main reason we booked Karoo Life Bed & Breakfast. The property is far from town situated on a dirt road (15 km) and fairly dangerous to drive at night. We decided not to stay there and used alternative accommodation in town. This was not known to me when I made the booking, the road condition must be detailed on the website...
