"2nd time staying here within 3 years, staff was friendly at the front desk, room was clean and the view was amazing looking over Ground Zero. We only stayed for one night this time. Would recommend to anyone. Also self parking just down the road. Cost about $100 for a day and a half but you can come and go to your vehicle as you please. A few bars in the area as well along with easy access to the subways. "

"Great stay, really comfortable room, check in staff were super helpful. Only rated staff down by one star because my colleagues and I got accused of stealing from the shop one night… it’s a self service shop, we had paid and were walking away, then got questioned by the girl on the check in desk in an accusatory way. Should also add she was too busy chatting to colleagues to notice if we’d paid, so we didn’t appreciate this interaction. Suggestion is to improve your system rather than accuse paying guests. "

"Staff was excellent, courteous and attentive. The room was small, but clean and always smelled great from the restaurant’s aromas. Plus, I only needed it to rest and shower, so it did the job perfectly! Another positive was that it was centrally located to many attractions, like the Raging Bull, Wall Street, Joe’s Pizza, and more! "

"My friends and I stayed at this hotel for a bachelorette party and we had an amazing time! The staff was so nice and pleasant. Pedro was very helpful with helping us find parking and bringing all our stuff up. The front desk staff was friendly and kind. The hotel itself was beautiful. There definitely are things that needed to be repaired. Few dings and dents but hopefully they’ll keep up with it because this hotel has so much to offer. Skinos is attached which is a beautiful restaurant. There’s shops and stores within walking distant. The views were incredible! The rooms were clean! I was blown away by the price and the size of their suites! Would highly recommend! It’s a hidden gem. "
