"My only complaint was that there were 0 parking spots left outside of the EV parking stations and we had to park across the street in a pitch black parking lot. As a mom who was traveling alone with her teenage daughter I did not like this. When I asked that since it was late (10pm as we were coming in from a dance comp) and my guess was that there was no way 2-3 EV’s were going to show up, could we please park in one until morning- we were told no."

"The handicap shower was badly designed and water seeped out into the bathroom where I slipped and fell."

"bathroom sink very clogged, room was very stuffy and smelled unclean, windows had black stuff all around the casing, and I cleaned them with some wipes, which were filthy. I think there might have been mold in the room."

"Breakfast was lacking. No fruit and only high sugar yogurt. The milk tasted like it was starting to sour. The hot water for tea, etc. was just warm."

"The hotel is older & feels older. Water pressure in the shower was lacking & not much hot water. The pool was under renovation but not listed on the website. I was told I couldn't check in early after calling beforehand. I was able to check-in early with a $20 fee."
