ibis Madrid Norte Las Tablas
Very hot rooms, staff refused to turn on A/C, saying it was 'winter', even though it felt in the 80's as reported by the weather service. Could not even run the fan in the room without asking reception to turn it on. Staff gave several conflicting reasons, but refused to enable A/C. Security windows ...

Very noise areas ,so many kids while we stay ,the noise level is unbelievable, they made a huge noise until 5 am Horrible experience and next day we have to switch the room It’s way comfortable than 1 st night Good luck
