"Family and I stayed for a quick trip to St. Louis. The property is easy to get in and out of which is a plus. It was less than twenty minutes to everywhere we wanted to be which was also good. The place was clean, staff friendly and overall a pleasant place to stay. My only issue was that on the Saturday we were checking out breakfast didn’t start until 0700 which was around the time we were heading out. Regardless, we’ll stay again the next time we’re in St. Louis. "

"One would think, due to its location in Kirkwood, the place would have a higher standard of cleanliness. but property is full of cig-butts and crack pipes. The elevator is super slow and dirty and The TV guide was awful to work and confusing."

"Room and bathroom were not clean. Dried shreded cheese on kitchen countertops. Towels, toilet paper, and linens looked fresh, but everything else made me nercous. Had to clean black marks out of tub. Staff was kind and professional, but only offered apologies when I brought my concerns to their attention. "
