"This is a lovely property connected to the Hotel Antico Vicenza. Spacious, clean, steps from the Pallazo, great shopping and restaurants. The staff at the hotel are just delightful and really go out of their way to be helpful. We were traveling with small children and the apartment was easily childproofed, building and courtyard safe and elevator modern and in working order."

"The apartment itself is nice and big, Mail issue is the lack of A/C. It’s summer, hot, and the ceiling fan isn’t enough. Opening the window, will not help this much at day time and at night will bring u mosquitoes. The apartment was 4th floor with no elevator, hard with the luggage. The location is nice and close to the lake."

"Excellent property in all aspects. Albana and the rest of the staff were so friendly and helpful. The location was perfect right in the heart of Riva del Garda. Parking was so accessible and secure. "The most disgusting, bug infested, dirty, run down “hotel” I’ve ever experienced. Every species of bugs you can think of almost. If you don’t like bugs, don’t come here. If you do like bugs, come here. I will dispute this, it was a nightmare from hell. I would not wish my worst enemy to come here. Bugs everywhere, wifi hardly works. Not close to the town, bad location. No taxis available either. Host is condescending and acts like bugs are acceptable. "
