"The stay was good overall. My main feedback is that the rooms feel outdated, and the beds/pillows were not very comfortable. While we had an enjoyable stay, we expected a higher level of luxury for the price we paid. That said, the experience was satisfactory overall."

"Bathroom in the room had hair on the floor. The hot tub was not even warm, it was the same temperature as the pool. The breakfast was bland and cold and just not good. We probably won't be back."

"The only hiccup I had with check in was that the link to pay the deposit didn’t work properly. With the check in location being other than the location of the room. Fortunately I was able to handle check in over the phone."
