Rather than being 100% negative-I will offer suggestions that would have helped improve the experience. Have a garage entrance near the hotel. Drury Plaza Hotel St. Louis at the Arch
Perfect place to stay for a quick visit to the city for a baseball game. Walking distance to the ballpark and the Gateway Arch. Loved the free breakfast buffet and the kick back in the evening. Rooms were nice and hotel was quiet.

We booked a two bedroom for three people and the 2nd bedroom didn't have a bed! Contacted property, which was very responsive, but they couldn't do anything since we booked through Hotels. com
