"Room clean, staff was amazing and the breakfast amazing!!"

"We called and were promised a pet free room and when we arrived the room smelled of wet dog and we had to leave early the room was not clean there was food stuck on the bathroom door The balcony had dog feces on it The staff was rude and we have asked for the night we stayed to be refunded and they won’t answer back to Expedia to approve our refund we checked out at 8am so they could rent out the room Then the staff stated there are no pet free rooms My husband had a severe asthma attack due to the pet hair on the furniture in the bed and the smell of animal We were frustrated that we were lied to "

"Staff was few and far between, was acknowledged maybe twice. Karlos with a K at the pool bar was amazing. Roaches in property. Mold in rooms. Needs work for sure. Im not a review person but this place needs work Lucky it was a short trip. "

"Had an amazing stay at La Copa Inn SPI! The resort was very well maintained and everything was clean and kept up beautifully. The breakfast was delicious every morning, which was such a great bonus. The staff was awesome and made our stay even better, especially the bartender who was so friendly and attentive. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Highly recommend staying here!"

"The staff was fabulous, and the food was excellent as well. The only complaint that we would have was the food truck that was up by the pool had awful service. Took an hour and a half to get a simple pepperoni pizza."
