A warm and caring welcome
"We had had a difficult day due to a vehicle breakdown, and arrived late in the evening. The lady on reception was very kind and looked after our luggage before check in so we could get something to eat before the restaurant closed."

Hanna (cleaning staff I got to know over the two week stay) was super friendly and went above to ensure I was enjoying the room. I was able to store my bags after.check out until bus time. "Lovely hotel in the centre of Ávila. Comfy bed and the room had great A/C which was needed in the heat. The staff we met were all very nice and friendly.
