"Bonjour, accueil pas du tout aimable, ne vous attendez pas à un « Buongiorno », pas souriant et surtout à trois reprises me dire vous nous devez la taxe de séjour… que j’ai proposé de payer de suite, ma réservation n’avait pas été prise en compte mais j’ai pu avoir une chambre. petit déjeuner très bien fourni, boissons chaudes excellentes mais personnel non souriant et tjrs pas de « Buongiorno ». "This is a fantastic property, you feel you are still in 1890 with the interior kept to that standard and time. Wonderful seating areas with a 1900 bar make you feel Poirot will come around a corner. Breakfast is served in a grand hall makes you think you are dining with royalty. We'll lo e to come back in the near future"

"This is a lovely hotel and the best Best Western I’ve EVER stayed in. If you have the budget, I would definitely recommend getting a sea view room though. My “mountain view” was at ground level and basically overlooked the street. That said, it was IMMACULATELY clean and new and very comfortable despite being quite small. Good breakfast. The location is a bit of a schlepp to old town Menton and the old port. It’s actually more Roquebrune-cap-martin than Menton TBH. A very good hotel though!"
